Can anyone help me or point me in the direction of how to set up a journal ??
Dont mean to be thick I have tried it but can't find how to do it

Are you looking to set one up here, or do you mean elsewhere? If you want one here, the old journals are no longer open, but we have a new blog system at http://3fatchicks.com/diet-blogs/ Click the sign-up link and it will take less than a minute to set up :)
