Well hello there I just joined up, I just started Weight Watchers online again today and am hoping to keep focused this time and do what I have to do...

I'm Palesa, I'm 37 and live in Northern Ireland. At the mo I weigh 16 stone 7lb and eventually I'd like to get to 10 and a half stone...it seems a very long way away but I'll settle for a pound or two a week!

I've done Weight Watchers before with varying success, sometimes I've lost a few pounds, sometimes a few stone, but each time I've got discouraged at some point and given up...so I thought a forum would be a good way to stay motivated and get advice from other people in the same position. Hope we can all motivate each other!

That's it for now, hope to get to know you all a bit more and the recipes look yum so I'm definitely going to investigate those :)
