17 stone 13 again. One down from last Boots weigh in which was umm two weeks ago?

well i think im 119lbs (8stone 7lbs) but i havent weighed myself this morning coz theres some work men in my kitchen and i dont really feel like walking in in my p.js and weigh myself infront of them lol

Sept 3rd = 3lbs lost (Yes, I'm in a new stone)
Sept 10th = maintained
Sept 17th =
Sept 24th =

Aim for Sept is to lose 4lb in total.

At last Peacock has some good news about herself - I have lost some. down from 15.1 to 14st 8 (95.6kg to 93.7 kg). Whoopee!

Much as I hate cottage cheese (and I do ) it seems to help shift the pounds.
