I'm so excited.
I've finally completed the first week of my new lifestyle and I've lost 3lbs. The scales were dancing between 3/4lbs but settled on 3. I had hoped for a bit more this week but I know I shouldn't be greedy and any weight loss is a good weight loss. It just means I have to look at the 16st for another week.
This week I'm going to kick that 16st mark right out of my life!
