Hi all
Don't know if I should be posting this cuz there's good and bad news. The bad news is that because I didn't start my diet until last Tuesday, meaning my 1st official weigh in is today, I weighed in this morning and I had lost 1lb. Good you may say. Yes I agree BUT. . . . . . . . . Because I started last Tuesday and fell off the waggon big time on Thursday and didn't get going again until Sunday, I unofficially weighed myself on Sunday to find I had gained 2lbs!! - confused - you will be ( by god, I am) However what I am trying to say is that since my official weigh in last week I gained 2lb of which I have lost 1lb. I am quite pleased with this because it means I am back on track after a lot of messing about. I hope you understand. Peachy do you want me to record this or not. Do you want me to adjust my starting weight up.. or what? I thought it better to let everyone know what I had been up to. If I adjust my startingweight up it goes like this Weight last week 11.02 Weight Today 11.01 Loss 00.01 Target Weight 10.00 (to be reviewed, I'm only 5' 2") or it could read that I had gained 1lb. I'll try to make it less complicated next week :) :dizzy: :dizzy: I will go with whatever hyou think is best.. |
Don't worry Jano - I'll adjust the grand total upwards by 1lb next week.
Well done for getting back on track. Its so hard after Christmas, isn't it? |

This is so frustrating.... I did losts of posts yesterday and they have all disappeared... right including Jano, I think it goes like this
Me - minus 2lbs Delaney - minus 4lbs Veggie - plus 2lbs BFB - plus 2lbs Phoebe - minus 3lbs Carol - minus 5lbs Janey - minus 1lb Topmonkey - minus 1lb Jano - plus 1lb Total lost = 11lbs New total to lose = 47st 13lbs. |
4lbs off this week - 8lbs in 2 weeks - dead chuffed.:D

Hi it's my weigh in night and I am in a state of shock. Another 6lbs of ugly fat has gone since last Tuesday. I can't believe it but am very pleased.
I didn't eat great all week, I drank all over the weekend. But it has to be said I ate less and made better choices and I stuck to cider as it is a more points measurable drink, being just 2 points per can as opposed to whatever is in the wine bottle or box if I'm honest. I have been working out like a dog, aerobics, walking for miles, riding my exercise bike and even back at the swimming. Must be doing something right - just got to keep it up for another week. Starting weight - 16st 8lbs Current weight - 15st 11lbs Target weight - 10st 7lbs Loss/Gain this week - 6 Total loss so far - 11 Remainder to be lost - 5st 4lb Am totally gob-smacked Carol |

Well done Carol - 6lbs - WOW:D I can't wait until I'm into the 15 stone mark - I've been up and down from 18 stone 4 to 16 stone 3 in the past couple of years, up and down, but I really want to get by the 16 stone marker and never see it again. Well done for sticking to it Janey. |

Weigh in
Hi all,
Got weighed yesterday but dont know whether I am pleased or not. Weight the same as before Christmas so I did not put on weight then so I suppose I should be pleased. Still having problems through lack of excercise need to get these knees fixed soon but dont have appt for specialist until Feb. I am almost immobile due to pain after the bad fall I had last summer and its taken since then to get to see anyone. Am down in the dumps a bit over this. Vivienne Tizme2000 |
