Hi all, I am starting on my diet again tomorrow, failed miserably last time and gave up and now am back to my starting weight and feeling very fed up, it is my birthday today (38) and hubby has paid for a night in a hotel with a romantic meal in the place we had our first date, it is in 3 weeks time and I am desperate to shed as close to a stone as possible before then - is this in any way possible or am I aiming too high?
