Can anyone tell me why I opened a box of thorntons chocs yesterday and ate 7 in the space of about one minute?
Think the op may be making me a little stressed now, o-oh I see dangerous times ahead. HELP! |
Just read your thread - try not to worry (easy for me to say I know) - I'm sure it'll all go fine :)
I do things like that when I'm stressed too - I've had to empty the house of any temptation! |
Never mind Tups - you are under stress. Hope the op goes ok on 3rd. I expect you will will be told to take it easy for a while afterwards - no more lugging huge boxes of chocs home ....for a while!!!!

Naughty naughty Cat!!You stole the words right out my mouth about that quickie...hmm Michele lol
Tupper_ware-no worries just concerntrate on your next moment. |
I had managed to resist them for a month, one of the children in my class bought them for me at the end of term, I have managed not to re open the lid. I am hoping someone else will eat them.

Hello girls. Haven't posted in here for ages.
:carrot: school went back today :carrot: My summer has not been good weight wise. I've adjusted my numbers. Hopefully I can start making better choices. Tupperware queen well the good thing is that's 7 gone. Why don't you throw the rest of the box out, there can't be that many left :) Or put them in the freezer and just have one for a treat every now and again. |
Or eat the lot and get it over with :dunno: I'm prone to doing things like that :lol3: I'm bad  Try not to worry too much Tup ;) you'll be fine :D
Was bad last night :( went down to workshop and hubby plied me with beer  (think I had four plus the two i'd 'allowed' myself at home hehe) so that will have taken me over what I planned  I intend to be good today  i'm going to start by getting on that :tread: right now :D |
It's a very big box...and two layers....yikes!! I know I should throw them away but I can't I am trying to wait until everyone else is around before they come out again, at least that way I am not being greedy gutsy lol!

Hello everyone
Cat unfortunately not exciting as it seems Ken is my friend's dog we took him out for a shortish walk!!! Ohhh what a day of joy here today. My big fella is in year 10 will go into year 11 when he goes back in September. Year 11 was the 5th year in my day. Anyway he is a bit of a bright spark and did GSCE RE and Science a year early today he got his results. He got an A* and a B. He is so happy and we are so proud. He will do the rest of them next year although he is already doing AS level in history again early. My dress came from EBAY the Karen Millen one its a 12 and its fits although I feel as if I could do with losing a few pounds in it. Mind you I have been told that Karen Millen does come up quite small so I am hoping that is the case!! Crap weather here today. Hope your all ok Michele |
Hey Everyone
Trying to pull myself off the couch to clean the house, I feel like I'm always saying that. I went for a run then took a 2 hour nap, perfect day, besides the fact that I manage to keep roaming into the kitchen for a snack. Michelle glad your dress fits, I'm sure it's beautiful, great news about your son. I managed to run 8.5 miles the other night in the nice weather, so I'm feeling better about the half marathon. I'm heading out for a vacation next week so I'll need to try and not do too much damage, I'm hoping to try and run 3 times, we'll see. I'll be on the beach in Maine so it may be doable, it's beautiful up there. Also doable will be alcohol and snacks so it will be a week of damage control only. I be with my family which usually leads to more drinking and eating. Ok off I go to clean hope everyone had a great day. |
 Tup - over here!!! You can post those Thonton's over to me! I've run out of tasty chocs! ;)
Miche - we need pics of the lovely dress :D |
Michele you DON'T look like a size twelve to me :nono: she must be one of those designers that does'nt know her sizes
redsoxgirl, my car originally came from Maine :) I bought it in Florida and brought it back to Canada ;) at great expense :kickcan: but I can't complain five years later she's still a good 'un Did great yesterday :cheer: food and exercise good  was'nt as hard as I thought but then again i've decided that enough is enough :D when I saw that scale hit ONE HUNDRED AND EIGHTY :faint: I almost died :yikes: thank god it only did it the one night (and it was very late  ) rest of time its usually high seventies but it does jump about a bit :tantrum: my next official weigh in will be on 23rd September ;) that way I won't worry about the fluctuations and i'll hopefully see a few pounds gone :D |
Michele-Ken's the dog lol. Your son must be very intelligent!!Very impressive, i saw a spread in the Metro with intelligent children who had broken records this year in terms of GCSE results. I think just getting GCSE's is ancheivement and every child should get acknowledment for their hard work. The pressure in GCSE's means it ain't no joke. I'm very happy you have a clever little dude there. Good luck in his AS History i did that and i loved every bit of that course.
Have a nice vacation redsoxgirl!! Tups throw them out!!!!!! |
TQ... throw the rest of the box away! You'll feel so great about yourself... and when you have the surgery coming up, ask people to brink you healthy stuff for your recovery :)
Cathy, well done on the being good... it's so nice to have you back on the boards  I have been a busy bee today, cleaning and washing and getting organised for Mum and Ted arriving Monday. The sun has finallly come out afater a week of hiding behind the clouds...and apparently it's supposed to be a lovely weekend. We have an air show going on, the past two hours I've had the AF Thunderbirds roaring over the house, they're so bloody close, I swear I can see the pilots! I've got a slight twinge in my knee today though, hurts when I put the right leg up first on the stairs... I've been up and down all day, so have taken some meds to see if that helps...ouch! Hope everyone has a good weekend...have a lovely holiday RSG. One of my ladies is heading up to Maine this weekend, she say's it is lovely there, might have a trip up there one of these fine times... it's nice to get off the island every now and then. |
