Starting Tomorrow Sunday 1st July

Hi All,

I'm starting the programme tomorrow. I have 18 points a day to spend and I want to try and do some exercise. Would anyone like to join me? I'm aiming to lose 14lb (1 stone) by middle/end August.

Looking for a buddy to share my days with, receipes, ideas for cooking etc. I also cook for my hubby and my 11 year old son (you can see him in my signature pic). I don't want to end up cooking 2/3 separate meals so we will all eat the same.

Here's my eating plan for tomorrow (however I like to keep it fairly flexible as I sometimes like to change it on the day):

Breakfast
cornflakes with skimmed milk and half a banana

Lunch
Cold ham salad

Dinner
Mince tacos with salad and Mexican refried beans
Strawberries

Please join me so we can all support each other - I need to lose some weight and am struggling like mad!:dizzy:

Hi
I am not in the UK (I just wish I was) but I would like to join you starting on Sunday July 1. I just signed onto this board and don't know how to use it well. We have the same starting weight so that makes it interesting. I am 49 years old and trying to get the scale to move. My latest attempt is using the Three Hour Diet to spread my calories out and fight hunger.

Hi-
I managed to keep my calories low and hunger somewhat at bay by using the 3 Hour Diet idea. Loss of 3 pounds. Not bad but of course we all what more...human nature :)

I've counted calories this week. It doesn't seem to have affected how much I have on my plate and I haven't felt hungry. Looking forward to seeing the results on Monday at weigh in.

I seem to be able to lose the first 3-4 pounds and then I get stuck for weeks. Then I give up and gain the pounds back. I have been doing this for the last 7 years. My goal is to get below 160 for the first time in 10 years :)
