If there were an organic, dairy-free, GMO-free, gelatin-free, carmine-free (carmine is crushed bugs for those who wonder  ) and artificial sweetener-free kind, I would gladly eat it.

That said, it would be more economical (and healthier) to just add a probiotic to your diet and eat a natural and organic yogurt. :carrot:

Ingredient list:

Dannon Activia
Cultured grade A reduced fat milk, strawberry, fructose syrup, sugar, modified corn starch, contains less than 1% of fructose, whey protein contentrate, kosher gelatin, natural flavor, carmine (for color), sodium citrate, malic acid.

Dannon Activia "Light"
Cultured grade A non fat milk, strawberries, inulin, water, contains less than 1% of fructose, corn starch, modified corn starch, natural flavor, kosher gelatin, carmine (for color), sodium citrate, malic acid, sucralose.

Ummm...:yikes: Soul Bliss....

BUGS??? BUGS?????

No wonder I like to get my yoghurt from Whole Foods...

Too bad they make it seem it's really different from all the other yogurt out there when really it's not any better...

They are available in the US. I bought some on sale, and they were okay. I prefer to buy plain, nothing added, yogurt and add my own fruit. We buy it in a large 2 quart tub so I occasionally get the individual containers for convenience. The Activia was good, better than the store brand, about equal to any of the other name brands.

The Activia doesn't taste half bad, and I'm pretty sure it works. See, I'm not actually "irregular" - I just want to lose more weight. I heard that Activia would help me with that, so I bought some. Today, I've... umm... well... let's just say it works TOO well.
