Negative Calorie Food Diet

I know it is a faddy one but has anyone tried the Negative calorie food diet and how successful was it?

It does work if you follow it to a T, but after awhile, you get sick of eating all veggies and fruits. Plus, you need to make sure you have some kind of protein everyday as well. Not a bad diet, but lots of veggies and some fruits, which is the majority of the diet.

Definitely! We eat a lot of the veggies on that list, and my older kids love blueberries and strawberries and consume a lot of those as well.
