Lighter Life?
 

Hi All,
I'm looking for advice. Ideally I have about 5 stone to loose and I've struggled with all sorts of diets from WW, detox, Atkins, Slimming World you name it, I've tried it.

I always do really well initially and then come of the wagon about a month in and give up. I'm a comfort eater, and not being able to eat what I want really depresses me.

I've heard from a friend of a friend about Lighter Life. I'm off to one of the introduction meetings this evening to find out a bit more about it.

I was wondering if there are any LL dieters here though. I'm worried about how hard it is to stick to, and if you do feel poorly when doing it only consuming the 500 or so cals a day.

I did try Slimming World and just couldn't stomach the shakes, are the LL drinks more palatable?

The idea of loosing the weight quick is great, and really appealing, I'm hoping that seeing the weight come off so quickly might really inspire me to continue, but I idea of not being able to 'eat' again for the next 5 months or so is really scary.

What do you all think?
