Plan for this week (23rd Apr)
Exercise Plan:
Monday - Hour Running Tuesday - Hour Running / Couple Hours Swimming Wednesday - Hour Running Thursday - Couple Hours Swimming Friday - Hour Running Saturday - Hour Running Sunday - Day Off (yey!) Food Plan: To eat healthy foods, only when I am hungry / need to eat. This will probably be my plan for the next four weeks infact. Hope to loose at least 7lbs. :D Determination, Motivation and Abuse is what I need for the next 4 weeks! |

I've got a similar thing - exercised my butt off today and planning to do the same for the next few days before I go on a weekend away (oops :p) |
