Has anyone tried this? It looks like it would be perfect for me. No obsessing over counting calories, etc. Plus, I so need education on the portion control.

I've seen them knocking around in mags for years. Probably wouldn't help me with wine calories would it? ;)

Ooh you get the male plate if you need to lose 5 stone.

I'm so lucky - used to love wine but my stomach just can't handle it now :( Replaced that with more chocolate though lol

I've placed my order - should take about 1 to 3 days to arrive. Got the male plate and the bowl.

They use something like that (only not so pretty!) on Downsize me. I'd be worried that if I was very hungry, I'd just make food that I could stack that bit higher! ;)
