Race for life
 

is any one else running the race for life for cancer research uk?
i will be running in Hereford

i am using this race as a warm up for the half marathon i am running in cardiff in october

Yeah I'm doing Battersea which is the first race, then the one in Watford with a girlie from work. I am trying to get her the running bug, but we have both been pretty bad at going to the gym recently! :lol:

I'm not. They're not doing the one in my local park this year, and I don't fancy travelling much further than that for a 5k. Still, it's a fantastic excuse to get out there and run so good luck to everyone who is doing it!
