in the evening most definitely. i also have to be really careful, if i have overeaten the evening before, i get starving the next morning and eat to much then too. (last night comes to mind

things i like are cup a soups (also the 10 cal soups from s/way i think), ww puddings, low fat hummous and mini ryvitas (my fave), go ahead bars or if im especially good some fruit. mad
ps if you like savoury things then sainsbury do these mini pots of low fat hummous. dont know about you, but once i start i cant stop so they are ideal at around 90 calories
