I've got BBQ pork in the slow cooker. Got potato salad and veggies to go with it. I hope it turns out as I've never made it before.

The 3 pees, pasta pesto and parmazano. I've had this 6 out of 7 days.

I made something called Pistou - a very nice veg stew made with onions, courgettes, mangetout, tomatoes, garlic, basil and cannellini beans which I had with hunk of multi seeded bread - and I've got it again for lunch today and probably again for lunch tomorrow - the recipe made loads.

Tonight I'm having a raw root veg salad followed by some sort of broccoli and pasta combination. And then strawberries for dessert probably. I'm feeling very virtuous today.
