I've read this forum for inspiration a few times, and now that I've actually decided to do something serious about my weight again I thought I'd say hello :wave: There are some amazing weight losses on here, so I'm guessing that this is a great place to come for motivation!

I did Slimming World years ago and did really well on it, and this time I figured that if I was going to stick at anything, then Slimming World would be my best bet! Getting to the meetings every week is a bit hard though with work, so I'm doing it online this time, fingers crossed it will work just as well!

Now I'm off for a look around! :D

Hello and welcome. I've not been here long but I've already found the site invaluable - there have been several times when I would have cracked up and given in that the people here have saved me from. Also I though i knew loads about nutrition - not so. There are walking encyclopaedias here and someone always knows the answer. :)

Ahhh my mistake.... sorry.... I think it's cause of the "North Yorkshire" thing and your're name is simalar! :carrot: Thinking on it I am thinking of someone else... doh got my thick hat on today! lol
