Smile Today is the beginning!

So today I began my diet! Hopefully, I shall be more successful! Determined to lose 2 stones by June. I hope that is possible. I would then like to lose another stone and a half which would bring me down to 10st 7lb by September.

So today I have eaten:

Breakfast
Oats and skimmed milk
1 clementine
Apple Juice

Lunch
1 ham sandwich
3 clementines
1 bottle of water (750ml)

Snack
3 ryvita with low fat cheese spread
3 clementines

Dinner- I have not had it yet but here are my plans:
Brown rice and chicken (not fried) with salad
1 litre of water

I would appreciate any feedback on my diet plan! I hope to do 30 minutes of exercise later on my dance mat!

Shantel

Hi Shantel and welcome.

All I would say is you need more veggies. You can really fill up on those.

Thank you for your welcome I will try to incorporate more vegetables, as I do find I feel much more satisfied when I eat them

Hello Curiosity - welcome. I would agree that you need more veg and try to vary your fruit too. Other than that it looked good to me. 2 stone by June seems eminently sensible and achievable.

I had a really bad day yesterday and have just discovered the real value of this site - it really keeps you going at times when you might have failed before - you've made a good choice in joining.

Hope to get to see lots more of you (post wise obviously)
