I am rather chuffed that a woman who is only a year olderthan me looked so much older! I don't always agree with the show cos it seems obsessed with having plastic surgery. I mean growing old is hardly a crime is it?

However this poor woman was 48 and looked around 61. She has a hook nose, a hairy mole and had smoked so had a very wrinkly face. She was also mutton dressed as a lamb.

Once the experts had finished with her she looked so much younger - in fact, younger than her real age.

The difference was amazing! I have never seen the program before but was hooked when I saw her 'before' picture - and didn't she look better afterwards! Amazing!

They have that on over here, but don't do plastic surgery, they just teach the person how to apply the right makeup, do their hair and wear what suits them...quite amazing how that can take some years off

I wish they didn't do the surgery in ours. Most of the time people just need a haircut.

I think this time it was needed thoghh - much as I am against the - looking a bit older? slash half your face off - etc. We aren't all meant to be hollywood godesses. I was absolutey shocked though wehn I realised she was only a year older than me and she did look well into her 60's poor woman.

She deserved that surgery so much she looked great. I was so shocked at her age. My mother is 60 and she looks way older than my mother. Smoking never helps I know but I think she had been given a rough deal in the genes pool.

Yes, with the hook nose and the hairy mole ..poor woman.
