I loved that article. I used to get all those article all the time and read them. They really kept me going. I have to sign up again for them I guess. I don't know why they stopped sending them to me. But they are great and really helpful.

I hope all is going well with you. Thanks again for starting the challange hopefully I will finish it and come in with a loss. I didn't make the last one and I was very disappointed in myself for it. How are you doing? Are you still a KOPS girl? I surely hope so. I know you can do this. Hopefully that article helped you to get back on track. We all have to do it in our own ways. But remember I am here for you supporting you. You are a very strong person and you can turn this around and beat this thing. Just put your mind, body and soul into girl.

I did great again today. Tomorrow is the first day of the ww plan for me. I am getting back on track and I am not going to the buffet until I get back down to what I was before I started gaining weight. I know I can do this and at least my husband is supporting me this time through. He does the Hollywood diet with me every week. I will be doing much better when I keep the losses every week that I have with the hollywood diet and not gain it all back from eating too much. I hope those days are over for awhile. I am going to order out to the diner we used to go to that way I am having a smaller portion of food so I don't go overboard.LOL

Have a great night everyone and laura that is so neat that you heard the babys heartbeat. They say the faster the heart beats means you are going to have a girl. I don't know how true it is. Also if you have a lot of gas you are going to have a girl. I did have both of those and ended up with my girl I always wanted.LOL Glad to hear everything is going well with you. We have a girl in our group that is 2 months pregnant as well. So that will be exciting for sure. They have to find out what the rules are for her. It was unexpected for her but she is happy anyway.
