  • Lets do it ladies....a TOPS challenge , we used to do them here all the time and with great success I might add
    starting weight- 150.5 goal weight - 145

    Weeks-
    9/28- 149.25
    10/5- 148.75
    10/12- 149 (oops)
    10/19- 147
    10/26- 146.75 ( closer to the bottom of my lee way than I have ever been )
    11/2- OOPS!!!!!!! 148.25 gained 1.5 ......
    11/9- 148...starting my way back down
    11/16- 145.75 -2.25
    11/21- 144.75 made it!!!!

    The only thing standing between me and the goals I set...is ME

    Glad to see you posting again! I'm not sure how many people frequent the TOPS board these days, but I'm game for the challenge.

    goal weight - 240

    10/02 - 257.5 Oops! Wrong way!
    10/09 - missed weigh-in

    10/23 - 263.75
    10/30 - 261.5 yaaaaay
    11/06 - 267.75 Not sure what happened, there

  • Hey Christie.......it HAS been a long time. Let's see how many of the 'oldie but goodie' members come out of hiding.

    I've not attended meetings since June and cannot go next week......so I will start posting my results with my Oct 11 weigh- in. That will give me 7 weeks.....so I'll try for 10 pounds.

    May we all have Great Results!!!!!

    Oct 11-sorry, couldn't go to TOPS, hubby had a meeting
    Oct 18 - DD sick
    Oct 25 - 1.5# gain! OOPS!
    Nov 1 - 1.5# gain! AGGHHHHHHHHH!
    Nov 8 - 1.5# LOST!!!! YES!!
    Nov 15 - .75# LOST!!!!
    Nov 22 - No meeting due to Thanksgiving tomorrow.

    All in all, I ended up gainig .75# so I'm not thrilled......but how about another challange???????????

    Let's see...here are all of my excuses: I have been sick with a sore throat, cough and ear infection for a week; I was called in to serve on federal Jury Duty in Buffalo (120 miles round trip) 10 days ago. The internet at home is broken; (I am using the one at work today.) I have not exercised in over 10 days; I drove home in the worst October blizzard in Buffalo's history last night. Hopefully jury Duty will be done on Monday. Then back to my exercise and eating routine!!

  • I'm still badly off track and gained again.
  • Dont let it get you down phantastica, I have had those weeks TRUST ME We still have 5 weeks to go and I am sure you will do just fine
