You Go, Girl!

I haven't been to TOPS for a few years. Going to visit a meeting tonight. Our old group used to tell people who stayed the same or gained, in unison "You will do better next week. " We had thrown out all of the negative pig images that went along with TOPS for so long.

Hi Bunna, how did the meeting go?

I have been so sick I haven't been to a meeting yet, also why I haven't been back to the boards. Gonna try next week to get to one. They have two groups in my town so I will check those both out before I join one of them. I might check out the ones in the town twenty miles from here too. I am in town all the time so that isn't a problem. I just need to be in a group that has had some success and is good at cheering people on and is serious about this. I used to enjoy the challenges and games so it will be good for me. I am planning on doing South Beach Diet.
