REMEMBER the saying "thank God it's Friday"?Well I like Tuesdays better cause it's TREAT DAY>..

Hope youre feeling chirpier today Christin at Home...I 've been fighting the ole TURTLE for three weeks and this week I am gonna beat him to the finish line...LOL or is that the hare....Either way it's a race...

I forgot to tell yall. I got this neat trick from my Tops SIS...We freeze our favorite goody....>cheesecake, until after Tuesday weigh in , and enjoy later with no GUILT TRIP...IT works...Really it does....I have frozen cake, cookies, candy..lol and pasta ...but on Tuesday I know I can have them, if I dont over do it...

Try it...you'lll like it....But dont forget to get right back on the Plan.
