Just a few years ago I discovered how important water us for our bodies. Our water is wonderful where we live, tastes very 'clear' and always so cold. I'm very fortunate and don't enjoy the taste when I'm drinking it in other cities. My big problem is remembering to drink enough of it, but when I do, my desire for food goes down. That has been my major factor in losing weight...and it is well documented that many of us desire food when our bodies are actually craving water because we are dehydrated. :dizzy: Have a good one......
