Tuesday

good morning ladies. I'm doing well
had weigh in last night and lost 2.75 pounds. I'm so happy. I've been really watching what I eat, but need to exercise more.

Getting ready to go canoeing this weekend.

Eleni- glad to hear you had a nice time with Sherri.

Shelly-sorry to hear about your back.

I'm at work, and tired. Brandon had me up at 2:00 this morning, and I started thinking about an interview I have to day. Just when I got back to sleep, it was time to get up.

Wish me luck, and say a few prayers on the job thing.

we'll see.

all the other nice ladies here.
hang in there. We can beat this weight thing.

2.75 pounds? Wow, that's SUPER!

Congrats, Wendy!!! :dizzy: :D

I've had a bad two weeks -- I missed last week's meeting because my boyfriend's brother was staying with us. I overate SO MUCH when he (the brother) was over. Ugh -- gross. It is also that "time" of the month, and I'm bloated and feel like a blimp. Tonight's weigh in isn't going to be pretty.

But I'm glad to be getting back into the swing of things. It's time to face the music as they say.

afternoon everyone! I am just back from weigh in and I lost 2#. I never know what I am going to do. Sometimes I'm up and sometimes down but I am continuing on my plan to just eat at meal times, drink my water and do some exercise - no point counting yet... I would like to try this for a month or so just to see how I do. It is pouring out - back to our typical BC weather but I know the earth needs it so that's okay but it also means not getting out in the garden to work but I will use the treadmill instead. later all ..........have a great OP day...

Hi everyone :)

I lost a pound this week... wish I'd lost all of my gain from last week ( I think it was close to 3 pounds) but I will take anything... I don't want to gain too much durring the first trimester and I'm not actively "dieting" so a loss is ok with my Dr for now.

I have my appt with my OB on the 30th so we will see what she has to say, but for now I'm following my GP's directions. I hope to have an ultrasound at the appt. I want to know what my due date is!

Hey Donna, I'm from BC too. :) Know what you mean about the weather.

Well I'm down 3lbs *in two weeks* so I'm happy about that -- but what I'm TOTALLY EXCITED ABOUT is being out of the blasted 160's! I haven't been out of the 160's for TWO YEARS!

:dizzy: :D :dizzy:

BTW -- just want to add that I don't think that the 160's are "fat" but I'm only 5'2 and have a small/medium frame. I'm also only 21. SOoooo for ME, the 160's were a big deal.
