I need to get immediately back on track today ... last night, I went to the movies with a friend and ate not only an entire bag of Reese's Pieces (you know, the big ones?), but 2 portions of licorice. But I am noticing progress. Once I wouldn't have thought twice about eating a whole bag of Reese's Pieces, and I would have had popcorn with it, too.
B: 1 banana + 3/4c berries + 2c coffee w/1% milk
L: 1 meatball (big) + 1/2c spaghetti noodles + sauce + 3 pc garlic bread + 1 bar
D: 1/2c of pasta w/vegetables


Was late getting home, DS had already eaten ... 2 double cheeseburgers, 1 chicken sandwich, 1 fries
you go girl put something in your car so you wont get so hungry. I plan on getting a box of granola bars a sticking a few in the car.
