NOTHING TASTES AS GOOD AS THIN FEELS

Hi ladies,

I didn't have a good day yesterday myself. I was under a lot of pressure. Had someone that I didn't even know holler and scream and swear at me. I went there for my job. That started the downfall for the day. Then my daughter had her first fever yesterday and I thought they were going to have to give her an IV. But they didn't it came down with the tylenol. So needless to say I ate my way through. And I am hitting myself in the head today for it. But not really beating myself up. I am back on plan today and plan to have low pts. I am home all day today so that will help.

So far so good for me. Lady I hope all is beter today. Hi to everyone else today.

I feel great and good, but not sure about the food thing. I ate out for lunch after the doctors, and we ate out for dinner. I really don't feel bad about it either. I believe the pms has his hands in this. I will get through this. Us ladies only have about 2 good weeks a month that we can really work on this thing. Either from eating everything in site, to feeling really poofy. I hope this finds all you ladies doing well. ''CAN WE DO THIS, YES WE CAN" one day at a time.
