More balanced day
Getting ready to head to bed here but I wanted to report that even though the food wasn't perfected today, I did manage to get in some veggies, some whole grains and some protein, and only one sweet, and no rootbeer...just my water and I feel SO much better.
I also went for a 30 min walk. It was a brisk walk, not fast but brisk. I talked with my friend Ann while we walked..it was nice to visit. I also got caught up at work on my orders!!! I have some to enter for tomorrow but they are ones that I received today...I am current. Ok..time for sleep. Goodnite. |
