Home after the Holiday
 

Hello,
We rolled up to the house last night at 12:15 (after midnight). We had a wonderful trip to vist our friends and help celebrate Deb's 50th b-day and to send Tyler (her son) off to the Air Force.

I'm glad to be home and have a million things to do.

I did well with the food; I weighed myself before I left and I just weighed again and the scales are .25 lbs lighter. I'm happy about that. I really tried to watch it when I was gone.

I've got to get busy, but wanted to check in and keep myself going in the right direction.

I have a meeting today with my Area Coordinator. On December 1, I am officially and Area Captain.

Welcome back home
 

Welcome home.I was home for the holiday and had both of my daughters here (Sarah 24 and Rachel 22). Rachel lives close by and so was only here for dinner, then we got together several more times over the weekend...lots of eating out. Sarah and her significant other (Eric) left very early this morning. I need to get back on track and so here I am writing away..:write Later will go update the weight records for our chapter. That should keep me away from the fridge.:eating2:

I finally wieghed myself this am and found that I'm up 1-2 pounds. I knew I wasn't being good with all of the eating out and left over pie etc. :hun: So...just went for a long walk with my hubby.:kickcan:: Tomorrow night is weigh-in. Maybe I can get back to where I was last Monday, :crossed: I'll try.
