6 Weeks in a Row!!
 

Yep - that's 6 weeks without a gain!! I am so proud of myself and people are starting to notice my weight loss and increased self confidence.

We are doing a contest where we each have a "cheque" on a board for $10.00. You can gain 3 times, each time getting an "N" "S" or "F", then you're out. Well, there are just 2 of us with no letters on our cheque yet (no gains yet). In the end, the last person standing wins $10.00. WELL....I intend to win the $10.00 with no letters on my cheque (time will tell).

For now I am very pleased with my losses! This week I lost 3.75lbs by sticking to my lower carb, lower fat lifestyle.

That is great news. I love hearing about all of the various incentives the TOPS all have. I have had a loss for the last 2 weeks and I intend to keep it up! ;)

Way to go! I remember the times when I couldn't even get a loss, let alone 2 or more in a row! This board helps keep thing in perspective, knowing there are others in the same boat :)
