The good news is that your gain was a very small one and that you can do really well this week and all the next- Yesterday is gone.....Today is fresh with no mistakes in it

YOU WILL MEET YOUR GOAL....YOU ARE WORTH IT so dont let anything stop you......put a picture of the dress you WANT to be wearing on your fridge and every time you are tempted to use food and dull your sences...look at that dress
