I pledge to exercise tonight for one hour... I did awful this past week.... am back to phase 1 of the South Beach for 2 wks.... everyone have a great day!!!! India

Not exercising
Okay so I have not exercised at all this week - I feel kinda bad but Monday I was pacing the house waiting for a call for a job offer and then I started my new Job on Tuesday and Im trying to get used to working (since I have not worked for just about a year). Hopefully after this week i wont be as tired and I can start making it to the gym in the evenings after work.
Way to keep moving though ladies - seems that the Thanksgiving challenge is going really good for everyone - keep up the good work!!! Kari - Officially a working girl :D |

Good job girls!! I havent done so well .. had another gout attack, it prevents me from exercise for sure, it has gotten better so will go to gym tonite after work, have a great day... India

Hang in there India, when life throws us a curve it is so important that we just keep going, so I commend you for your positive attitude ;) you have what it takes....I can see it :D
