Ok so it is time for me to get my butt in gear and start movin again. I hurt my lower back and have not been able to do much of anything for the past week and a half...I have another visit to the chiro on friday and hopefully that'll be the last one and I can get serious!!!!
Sept. 14 ~
NOTHING(had gym clothes on and just never made it out the door) Sept. 15 ~
AM= 20min. walk to gym/30min treadmill/30min bike/20min. walk home
PM= 30min walk Sept. 16 ~
AM = 20min. walk to gym/1hr treadmill/20min. walk home Sept. 17 ~
PM = 1hr walk
Today - I concentrated on toning the full body (it is a 20-minute work out that tones your upper back, lower back, legs, stomach muscles (abs), shoulders, and arms). I used an exercise ball and a video with Gunner Peterson and Brooke Burke.
