Can I join in?

Hi there,
I just joined TOPS in my local town last week and was wondering if there is a group on-line that I can hook up with for support and encouragement? I'm pretty much of a professional dieter :dizzy: but am determined to eat sensibly, exercise and keep happy. Hope to hear from ya'll.

There is this group and you can also go to the tops web site. www.tops.org
It is also important to go to your meeting too. Congrats on joining TOPS.
