Hi Ladies
How is everyone? I hope everyone is having a good week. Mine is ok. Went to TOPS Tues eve. And I only lost 1/2 in 4 weeks. Not very good. Hubby gained 2 lbs. So will have to get on the ball.
Hubby's Dr's appt went ok. Going to increase some of his medicine that he is on. So will just have to wait and see what happens.
Well I just wanted to check in and see how everyone was. Better get off here and go check on the washer. Washing clothes and hanging out. So everyone have a great day. Hope everyone has had losses this week. Will check in later.
