Good morning,
Wishing you a wonderful day back! I'm back on the track again. Weigh in is tomorrow night and I am actually looking forward to it. Onward and downward we go right? Today I am helping out at school for a field trip. Our river is one of the flooded areas and I question whether a trip to the Fort (close to the river but not flooded) is such a good idea :( :?: . Makes me happy that I'll be there for my kids!

Not doing good eating wise today.One of those eat everything that is not tied down days. You all know what I mean Oh well tomorrow is a new day. Not all days are good. Sore throat is gone tho so that is good.Tomorrow is weigh in and that is not good.
