I had my weekly 1/2# loss.Works for me.
Our group has gotten very small in last few weeks. Hopefully it will pick up.Summer time always sees a drop.People get busy doing summer stuff and put TOPS on back burner.
SOuth Beach is still working good for me. I never thought I would be able to give up white potatoes but I have.
I am working on controlling after supper snacking. I have finally had to admit I can not stop having a snack but I can control how many I have.Even if they are low fat and healthy the calories add up.
