Just wanted to say good morning.I have to get packed and we are headed toward Daytona for SRD.We will stop in Orlando and have lunch with Bill's daughter and spend a little time with her.Since we are both up so early I may take a long route instead of interstate so I can look for old buildings,barns etc to take pictures of. Well time for me to get crackin. have a good day.

Eleni: Have fun on the trip. Tell us all about it as soon as you can when you get back.

Yesterday really tried my resolve. I did ok with the food. I did have a candy bar but that was because I was so hungry and I had to stay for a late night employee meeting, then go to Accounting class. I just didn't think I could go that long without something and with my limited food choices (due to my IC), I choose a Payday candy bar and a water.

I'm really upset with my job. I'm frustrated because every situation is different and I don't know what to do in so many circumstances. I've talked to my boss about that and he says that's just the way it is and you have to just shoot from the hip. Well, when I do that, he tells me that's not the way it should have been done. Go figure! I'll keep trying though...I have to...I have bills to pay you know!

Eleni: Sounds like fun. I hope you have a great time in sunny Florida. We had an SRD event, but it was on a Saturday and I work on Saturdays. I'm still pretty new at this. But I'd like to try one of those things some day.

Yesterday's exercise and water was excellent and the food was good too. But once I got home I couldn't control myself and had to eat. I know it sounds stupid to be upset because I ate a salad, but it was the principle of the thing that I couldn't control myself and just go to bed. I've got to get a handle on that. I guess I could have made a worse choice, but again, it's the principle of the thing.

The weather is so weird here. We've had like all four seasons in a two week span. Last week I was sun bathing on my back porch, Monday we had four inches of snow and now it's supposed to rain for days.

I've got to get my exercise in before I run out of time before work. Gotta baby my leg, I may have strained or pulled something yesterday. Bye for now.

Hi there We made it to Daytona today.Came the long way hoping to find some old houses along the way.Found a couple to take a picture of.
We stopped in Orlando and had a picnic lunch with Bill's daughter.Then we went to gardens where her October wedding will be. It is almost like an aztez monastary.If weather is good it will be a beautiful place.
Haf supper at Bubba Gumps and we thought it is expensive as food wasn't that good. I don't mind paying for a good meal but I wasn't impressed.
A lot of TOPS people are coming in early. We are going to a light house tomorrow. Bill wants to climb it.
We have a really nice room with a ocean view. I can watch all the people walk the beach like I use to.I miss that.Well gotta go Watching what I eat is not going to be easy here.
