At least I am hoping it will be sunny! But the sun isn't up yet! I can't sleep so thought I would start a new thread.
I hate it when I am wide awake and know I should be asleep because I have so much to do the next day!
My sister is on the critical list and we need your prayers. She was some better today, but has a long way to go!
I'm going to try once more to shut off my mind and try to sleep. You all have a good one!

Mickey isn't it terrible when you need sleep the most that our minds won't shut down. I am sorry to hear your sister is so ill. I didn't know.if you posted it I missed it.Hang in there.It is so hard to see a sick loved one. I will be thinkng about you and her.

Hello everyone...A beautiful day here. I had a restless night last night and ended up getting up at midnight and eating 'ICE CREAM"...is that sick or what. Of course I hate myself this morning, but I've made up my mind I won't be doing that today. I want to have a good loss this week. been in office positions for so long and they need a break. I don't think having a salad dinner or any other kind of dinner after a Top's meeting has anything to do with tops approving or not. What would be better to go out and eat at a fast food joint or having a salad with your Tops Pals. We've done that in the past when I belonged before.

Mickey....I love it when someone posts how a game their group has tried, as I'm on the game committee and need all the ideas I can come up with. I'm pretty much taking care of all of it. The other girls has been in office positions for so long and they need a break.

Eleni...I've never tried the South Beach diet. The one I do the best on with an old WW diet from about 10 years ago. The problem is with me letting the obsession take over after I've been on any diet for a while. The food plan I use is pretty good because it will let you have personal choices. It's pretty much the Heart Smart diet too.

Indiacatz....I hear you on the heel spur. I also have a coat hanger heel spur. However mine hasn't bothered me in years...since I quit work. I hope it's ok if I steel your groups game idea. It sounds like a good one.

Hi Belle, you sure can use our idea... I will find out more tomorrow, they made big charts of white paper and each person has a line and the cards are being taped to the boards.... we have several awesome losers so should be fun to see who gets the best poker hand....I think Lynn even gave the game a name, Eleni have you heard of this game?? take care and have a great week, actually ice cream should have its own food group as well as chocolate, but what do I know ?????lol

one of my ladies had a similar game where you drew a card if you lost and got points according to which card you got. Person with highest score won $5. We have another one that we use all the time.I think I even got idea from this board.I took an old deck of cards and wrote one letter of word tops on each card.Then whenever someone loses they get to pick a card.First person to spell TOPS wins$5.Kops only have to be in leeway. They were talking about doing one based on a poker hand.
