Thinner Tuesday
Good morning,
This is a quick checkin. My mind set is still pretty good even with that gain last week. I'm making sure that I don't have one this week. I made sure when I grocery shopped that no sugar snacks were bought unless they had chocolate; I can't eat it because of the IC. I'm struggling today about not wanting to go to the gym at lunch. I can't decide if I want to pack up the workout things or not. Seems like a big effort today. I know I should...but....I'm at least going to pack them and see how I feel at lunch time. Sherri: Sounds like you are doing well. Thanks for the pep talk. My plan is just everything in moderation. Where is everyone else? We need to hear from you! |
