Wishing Wednesday
Good morning,
Ok..ladies...what's your wish for today...for the next month? I'm going to ponder on that today. I think I'll journal about it. I have a lot of wishes; to be a size 12, to have a new house, to get a promotion, for my IC to be healed.....lots more...if you want..journal or write about wishes today. Might be kind of fun to see what's on your mind. I'm reporting in to my diet buddy. The first day I couldn't believe how many times I might have had a handful of something here and there, but I thought about how I had to report in and I didn't do it. I'm hoping on Thursday my efforts will show at the scale. Sherri: How did the weigh-in go? I was reading about your house and how everything is done and how good that must feel. I'm behind on somethings and won't get caught up this week..but I'm going to try to do as much as I can in the monrings and for the first hour that I get home in the evenings. Every little bit helps! How's everyone else doing? Come on ladies...post up! We need the support. |

That is motivating to you to write down your wishes. You know wishes do come true but we have to be the ones that make them happen. They are all possible girl. Keep journaling and that is good you have your buddy. Sounds like she is keeping you in line. If you need help with your house go to flylady.net. That is how I got my house and life organized and decluttered. I litterally only spend maybe 1 hour tops doing housework each day and that isn't all at once and my house is in order all the time. It is great. As for your weigh in I am sure you will have a great loss this week. You are doing great. Keep up the great work. How is work going by the way? Mickey, Congrats on not eating the other night. It was the right choice to just go to bed you were probably tired and that is why you wanted to eat. Great job. How is the eating going otherwise are you staying on plan? Did you get your laundry done? We haven't had any snow this week thank god. We have enough and I am ready for spring and the warm weather. I know there are other places that have gotten a lot more snow then us but we have about 2 ft on the ground and that is enough for me. Too much.LOL Keep up the great work and let us know how you are doing. As for me I had a gain yesterday like I thought. I gained 1.8 lbs. but I am on track and doing well so I thought. I was on track yesterday didn't crave anything and didn't cheat. I exercised before I went to bed for 1 hr 20 min, drank 64 oz of water like I should and only went over 2 pts for the day which is ok because I have the flex points. Well this morning I get up and the scale is up 3 lbs. I don't have any idea why. I didn't get upset though which is unusual for me. I know I am doing the right thing and I will have less pts today. I didn't do anything wrong and I am not going to let the scale determine my mood for the day. Like they say it is our choice what mood we are in. Wendy sent me this great email about choices and it really hit home for me. We have to make choices all day long and it is really up to us how we feel inside through the good and the bad. There is always a bright spot if we look for it. Normally we jump right for the darkness and I am going to try not to do that anymore. It is hard but I know with practice I can do it and so can't you. If our spirits are up it is much easier to stay on track. I forgot to tell you that I got my car starter put in on monday it was nice to use it yesterday. Well ladies I hope you have a great day. Where is everyone this week? on the TOPS threads before. Usually check in everday but not always posting. Everbody seems to be doing O.K. with their weight. Just remember everyone has a difficult day every now and then. My TOPS meetings are are Friday morning. I love to go not only for weight loss support but friendships too. Just a short note. I saw the dr in Tampa that put my ICD in for last time.He told me very nicely that I need to lose weight. He did take me off of one of meds as I don't need it as ICD is keeping steady heart rate. I can now start doing some exercising. I can do anything that my body will let me do.Which isn't a lot. But things could always be worse.

Hi there. Sounds like you are doing well also. Keep up the great work. Eleni, That is great that you got the green light from the dr. Remember it will take awhile to build up your strength. Just remember take it slow and you will be back doing what you did before in no time. How is everything else going? Has anyone heard from Penny about her husbands cousin? I called her but she wasn't in. Haven't heard from her. Been wondering how everyone was doing? They are still in my prayers. I finished out the day great. I did my exercise today and ended the day with 22 pts. I will finish my water before I go to bed. I have to go do my dishes now and finish the laundry then I am off to bed. I will talk to you all in the morning. I hope the scale will be kinder to me in the morning.LOL Have a great night everyone. Sherri |
