Sorry to be late in the day wishing you Happy Birthday. But I didn't get online this AM. I went Christmas shopping...what a bummer!!!

I am not on as much as I should be...am really needing support right now. Today has been a good one so far. I am proud of myself. Met up with some friends today and they wanted me to go out to lunch with them. They were going to the Olive Garden, and I know that I can't eat right there, so I declined. Really was hard, but I think since I issued that challenge, I will be able to resist temptation. I came home and ate the things I needed, to stay on the exchange plan.

Thank you everyone for the birthday wishes. It really means a lot to me. I had a great day yesterday it was the first time in 2 years that I had a good birthday. I only worked until 11am because my daughter got out of school early for teacher conferences. So I took the time off. Wasn't a problem scheduled it ahead and made sure it was ok. I went christmas shopping with my 2 kids and a friend. I got all the kids done for christmas except for a hairdryer for my daughter. I will get that tonight then I will be done except for stocking stuffers which I might get tonight to get it out of the way. I will only have the baby with me. Megan is spending the night at a friends house because there is no school tomorrow. I have not been on track with the eating in 2 weeks now. I am going to make tomorrow a new day and start writing down everything I eat. I can't blow this one chance to get to my goal. I am going to start looking for a condo in florida for next year to spend the week at. Eleni I am going to be in your backyard again so we can hook up and I plan on being a lot smaller this time then when you saw me last. I will use my christmas bonus from work to pay for the condo or most of it anyway. So that will help a lot. If I start saving now I can do it. I know money is very very short anyway but you only live once and the bills will always be there. I know that isn't the way to think but I want to go and I promised megan I would take her to disney next year and we will make it by using the income tax return as well. It will work out.
Not much else happening. I am finally feeling better and getting over the bronchitis. All else is well. For my birthday my husband is paying for me to get a wrap done which will help me to lose inches. It is 4 sessions. I have done it twice before and it did work. Can't imagine how many inches I will lose doing it 4 times in a row. It will be weekly for 4 weeks. I can't wait but like she said if you are going to keep it then you have to exercise and eat right which I will do. You don't lose weight you lose inches.
Well gotta run have to get back to work. Been very busy at work haven't had a chance to get here. I am going to go back to working out on monday again.
