I'm back! and ready to get back into gear
 

Hi Everyone,
I really missed all of you! I hope you are all doing well. How are you doing on your plans? It was a struggle to stay OP while I was gone. I didn't get a chance to workout. Well, I didn't make the time to workout. That's really the truth.

I didn't overeat so I'm hoping that today when I weight-in I will have stayed the same, but I feel like I might be up a bit.

I did relax in the evenings, well, I had about an hour after I got back to my room to wind down and hit the hay! so I read my Fitness and Shape magazines. I found some really exciting things that I'm hoping to get to share with you later today.

Penny: I hope your little one won't have to suffer to much. It's so tough to see a little one have to go thorough so much.

Everyone else: I hope to see each of you on the boads today. Come on ladies..let's get moving and stay motivated through the holidays. We have come so far and we aren't going back!
