Morning all,

I am at work early because I had my meeting today. Well I met my goal this week even though it ended up being a hard week because I didn't use my points wisely. I did stick to plan. I lost .2 lbs this week. I know what I have to do this week and that is the important thing. Like the lady said you say you did bad but you lost. Which is true and I am happy that I met my goal to be lighter then I was the week before. So I am not upset.

I don't do the exchange either. I did it once before and it did work for me but it is hard with the combination foods. You are not limited in what you can eat either with that plan which is great. I do weight watchers the flex points plan I just joined 2 weeks ago. That plan works for me. Everyone does something different. We all do what works for us which is great. Popcorn is a great snack or crackers wtih peanutbutter or fruit.

Hey girl I did get something done in my zone this week. I cleaned out the cabinet in my bathroom and threw away enough stuff to fill the kitchen garbage can. It looks so much nicer and not cluttered. I know I am a day late but at least I got to it. I am trying to declutter my house. Did you join the gym yet?

Hello Everyone.

It's a rainy day here is Ohio. That means things are going to be a little more quiet today at work. I'm glad because when it's crazy at work..the noise in my head can get loud at times! :lol:

I'm doing Ok this week and On Plan. I did step on the scales last night and it's not showing that I have lost anything yet this week..it might be the cookies I overeat on Saturday. I have such a problem with these Vanillia cream cookies! I know I shouldn't buy them, but I tell myself, "You can control them" and I can..but I don't! I will someday!!

I had a good workout on the treadmill last night and doing my lower body weight training. You know, sometimes I don't give myself enough credit for what I do that's good for me. Anyone else guilty of that?

Sherri: It feels so good to declutter! I've made a pact with myself before that anytime I was feeling anxious and wanted to eat to soothe myself that I would go clean out something until the feeling passed. That was a good thing for me to do. I didn't overeat and I got something cleaned out and I know that I'm the type of person who feels much better mentally when things are in order. You know, I haven't done that for a long time though. I think I'll start doing it again!

Congrats on the loss. Even though you didn't do as well with the plan your body was kind to you this week. Count it as a blessing and then work that plan correctly!

Penny: How are you doing? Did you meet that October 8th goal you had set for yourself? Are you setting any new goals.

I hope to see more of you posting today. We really need you to be here. It helps us all!

Thanks. Hey you shouldn't buy those cookies for awhile until you get over the sugar cravings you are having. It is hard to control yourself with something that you love. You know that they are a problem for you. Out of site out of mind girl. You are doing great and yes I don't give myself the credit I deserve either. I think that goes along with my low self esteem.
I like that idea that you have about cleaning when you want to eat. I don't have that problem anymore I am so busy at home when I am home that I have to make time to eat.LOL I am with you when things are in order around me I function much better. I plan on working the plan to the max this week. I have a plan and I am going to stick with it. I will be lighter next week then I am right now.
