Hey there everyone,
Just thought I would pop in and get the week started right
I am journaling my food today and really hope to have a loss Thursday or a turtle I will take either but a loss sure would be nice

Default Monday Thread

I'm doing very well. I had 1/4 pound loss for this week. We had installation of officers tonight. I was re-installed as secretary. We also had our Division Winners for 2000 tonight. I WON MY DIVISION! I'M IN DIVSION 3 AND HAD A 17.25 WEIGHT LOSS IN 2000! THIS IS THE THIRD TIME SINCE JOINING TOPS THAT I HAVE WON MY DIVISION AND THE FIRST TIME IT'S BEEN BACK TO BACK YEARS!

Ciecie! That is great! I am so proud of you!!!!! How much more do you have to go to reach you KOPS status??? I have 37.50 more to go! But I am taking it slow! Great job once again! Penny

That is so great that you have won your division for 2 years in a row. You are really committed and I am sure it will be no time until you reach your kops status.

Keep going forward and don't look back. You can still have a great week. Glad the scale was down for you tonight that helps to keep you positive for the rest of the week.

Christian,

Great job on journaling your food this week. I know that when I am honest about it then it really helps me also.

I have to say that I did have an ice cream cone tonight. But I was 5 pts under my min. pts for the day. I had ff hot dogs for dinner so that really made me come in with low pts. But I will do my strength training here before I go to bed. I did my aerobics this morning. I will skip tomorrow for exercise. I will be on the road all day tomorrow. But I will be prepared with my apple and water. I have it all planned to have a 1/2 sub turkey with lettuce and cheese and mustard only. I have a coupon for this place. So that will be my lunch so I can stay on track tomorrow.

Yes we will have a great week ladies.
