Just stopping by to say hello.Today is our day to spend together.My hubby is fixing me a place to change clothes outside when I finish doing my laps in the pool.Then we go to movies,supper and then grocery store.
We went out to the beach 1st thing and did our walk.We haven't been in days.I did 1.4 miles.Like I told my husband--The first circle wasn't bad,the next one wasn't too good and last 1 1/2 was all bad.But I got it done.To the lady that is doing 8/10 of a mile.That is great.I first started I could only do 4/10 of a mile.
Have to go for now.Will stop back by later

Hi Guys,

Sorry I have been away for a bit. I suspect I won't be around much on the weekends but will try and post during the weekdays from work. I have been keeping busy trying to get and keep the house looking good. We listed our house on Wednesday and will hopefully have some showings. If the house doesn't sell......at least it is clean and we are getting things done to it that we should have done before and getting rid of junk.

Eleni......I think that is great that you and hubby have a day to spend together. Sounds like you have fun and it is nice to have the time alone doing things you like to do. Glad you did your walk. There has been some discussion about exercise and I am not doing it because I like it. I do like it sometimes but there are lots of days I think "I don't want to go" but I go because I know I need the exercise and the dogs need the walk too. If we didn't have the dogs I wouldn't go as often as I do.

I have to cut this short. Hope everyone is having a good weekend. We are hoping the weather is nice today because we want to BBQ. We were going to yesterday but there was a really cold wind.

Eleni,

That is great that you are still walking. You can get back on track with your eating as well. You are going to do great with this challange. Just know that you can do it and take it day by day. That is what I have to do. Like today is a hungry day but I am not giving in to it because I want to meet my goal that I set for myself. But it isn't easy that is for sure.

Marie,

You are funny. You are right that you will have a clean house in the meantime. I hope you get a buyer because I know you want a smaller house somewhere. Marie what are you doing for a plan to make you lose so much weight. You are doing great. What is your secret? We would all like to know. I wish I could lose what you have lost in the last 2 months. That is great keep up the great work. You will be at goal in no time. I hope work is going better for you and not so much stress. I hope you got the problem settled there.

I did great yesterday. Friday I really blew it and yesterday I got back on track and I won't stray for the rest of the week. I am going to have a loss this week. But I had a bacon cheeseburger and fries and a brownie sundea also. Real Bad I know.LOL But I am back on track now. I was 1/2 pt under my min. pts for yesterday and today I will probably be low but I think I am going to have popcorn for a snack to get me to my pts today because I am hungry today. At least I will still be low in my points and that is all that matters. At least I won't go over. I am drinking my water and exercising also.

How is everyone else doing for the weekend. Did you do good?

Have a great day. It is sunny and finally warm here today. It is 79 out but the wind will knock you over though. But at least it is warm. I can handle this. I actually have shorts on today for the first time this year. I hope this weather stays it is supposed to get to 80 tomorrow.

hey tops pals! just thought i'd pop in and say hi!

sorry i've been MIA, but i've been really, really busy. i am trying to work my overtime and i've have been elected co-leader of my tops group. that is taking a lot of my time also, but i don't mind. i also have a new boyfriend and he keeps what other free time i have busy. he is a good influence though. i haven't exercised so much in my whole life. i even bought a moutain bike and boy do my legs feel it. lol

the weather is starting to get better and i don't usually get on the computer much then. i even got sunburned today and i wasn't expecting that. i will try to pop in more often so i can catch up again. i miss talking to everyone.

Hi Ladies! It's me! I have had a horrible eating fest weekend and I am trying to put it behind me. I don't even want to remember it.

But I called a friend that helped me through it! After I got off the phone with her, I aerobized by BUTT OFF For 1 1/2 hours. I have never felt so good about something. I thought I would pass right out but I kept on and on and I completed Billy Blanks Basic and Advanced workout back to back.

I want to come in with a loss this week and will do everything possible to do it! I am going to work my butt OFF!!!! Literally.....LOL

Sounds like you have been very busy. I am glad you are going to check in here more often. It is good to hear from you. I enjoyed our great weather here today also. But I thought the wind was going to blow me away though.LOL

Good for you for getting off your butt and trying to turn your week around. Remember to drink your water. Have a great day tomorrow and stay on plan.

Thought I would check in again......

Kathy.....great to see you again. It does get difficult sometimes to have a moment to post. I don't post as often as I should either. Glad to see you when you can come.

Sounds like a few of us have had a bad time with eating. I don't beat myself up.....just try and just myself off and start again. I didn't do well this weekend either. It actually started on Friday. I have been counting calories but have taken a short break from being really restrictive. I am not going way off but I am not worrying about things as much and will start again in May. I hope I don't gain but if I do.....I feel everyone needs a break now and then. Maybe that is the wrong attitude but I became paranoid about everything that I was eating and I had to have a break. I am still hoping to reach goal by Christmas.

Better go....almost time for bed. Hope everyone has a great day tomorrow.
