Hi Ladies! It's me! I have had a horrible eating fest weekend and I am trying to put it behind me. I don't even want to remember it.
But I called a friend that helped me through it! After I got off the phone with her, I aerobized by BUTT OFF For 1 1/2 hours. I have never felt so good about something. I thought I would pass right out but I kept on and on and I completed Billy Blanks Basic and Advanced workout back to back.
I want to come in with a loss this week and will do everything possible to do it! I am going to work my butt OFF!!!! Literally.....LOL
