Woo, just joined TOPS #660 (I think that's the right number :) in Centreville, VA last night. Boy, do I have a lot of weight to lose. It's going to be a looong ride. But the people are great, so I'm psyched.

Welcome. You will get a lot of support here with us. We are all over the board. We have a few kops here and the rest are tops. But the kops have just as much trouble as the tops do. It is still a lifelong committment. That is great that you took the first step. You are on your way now. Keep up that attitude and you will be at goal weight in no time.

Hi Adrianne! That is great!!! I am so glad you joined! I thought I had a long way to go but you just take it minute by minute, hour by hour, day by day, and week by week. I have and it helps out! I did have 53.50 pounds to go and was getting discouragement but now I only have 37.25 And am excited! Well take care and welcome! Penny
