I'm packed and ready to go
 

Just wanted to let everyone know I'll be missing for a few days. We are headed to Niagra Falls tomorrow morning. I'm really looking forward to the trip. I've never been there and I'm excited!

I'm going to do my best to stay on plan. It shouldn't be too hard because due to my Interstitial Cystitis condition, there are a lot of things that I just can't eat, and I don't because I don't want the pain. But somehow I still show a gain some weeks!
