Thursday TOPS meeting
 

Hi Ladies,

First off...welcome back Penny! I hope you had a good time. I know I'm looking forward to going on vacation.

My weigh-in is tonight and I think those scales might be up just a little bit. I know it's the ice cream, and I know that I should've been logging my food, then I would've been accountable for what Iwas eating.

I knew that, so that's why I didn't. I've learned a valuable lesson and I will start my food log right after the meeting tonight. It's important to me to get this weight off...I'm tired of carrying it arond and letting it rule my life. Anyone else feel that way?

It's been a crazy day at work, so forgive me for checking in so late. The important thing is that I got here! :^:
