Just wanted to start the day off right and check in. I added my bio to the bio page, and read everyones. I'm excited about getting to know all of you!

With the upcoming weekend, does anyone have anything exciting on tap?

Do you struggle with your plan on the weekends? Sometimes I do, because we eat out and it's summer and I love ice cream! I could have it everyday! That's why I journal my food every day, so I can see if I'm eating to much of it. Does anyone else journal?

This weekend, I'm meeting a friend of mine from Michigan, we met on another diet board and for the past year have talked on the phone and emailed and sent letters. She and her husband are coming to my hometown this weekend, so we can meet and celebrate our birthdays together! I'm so excited!!! :jig: :cb:
